Credit Card Authorization Agreement
I authorize Red Strike Inc., doing business as Sun Valley Lanes & Games, to charge the credit card provided for all agreed-upon purchases, including but not limited to league fees, event charges, food and beverage, damages, no-shows, and any unpaid balances associated with my account.
I understand that my payment information will be securely stored on file and may be used for future, recurring, or delayed charges as applicable.
I acknowledge that charges may be processed without additional notice for any outstanding balance on my account.
I agree to maintain a valid payment method on file and to promptly update my information if it changes.
I agree not to dispute or initiate a chargeback with my credit card issuer for any valid charges made in accordance with this agreement. In the event of a dispute or chargeback, I agree to be responsible for all associated fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorney's fees incurred by Sun Valley Lanes & Games in recovering the balance.
I understand that I may revoke this authorization at any time by providing written notice; however, I remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to cancellation.
